Actalent is seeking a QC Chemist III to perform analytical testing on raw materials in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will operate HPLC, GC, UV, pH meters, and related equipment, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting of results.

The role emphasizes documentation, deviations resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards. This is a contract-to-hire position based in St. Louis, MO with onsite work.

Competenze

• BS degree in a STEM discipline required.
• 13 years of GMP-regulated industry experience.
• 13 years of HPLC experience in GMP settings.
• Hands-on wet chemistry experience.
• Familiarity with analytical instrumentation (GC/LC).
• Experience with quality control in pharma or similar regulated env.
• Proficiency with LIMS data entry and management.
• Good documentation practices and recordkeeping.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Team collaboration and adherence to safety policies.

Mansioni

• Perform wet chemistry and analytical tests on raw materials per GMP procedures.
• Operate and maintain HPLC, GC, UV, pH meters and related lab equipment.
• Ensure instrument readiness and perform routine troubleshooting.
• Document activities in notebooks, LIMS, and systems per best practices.
• Enter and manage analytical data in LIMS with integrity and traceability.
• Investigate lab issues using root cause analysis and CAPA support.
• Peer review data, calculations, and reports for accuracy.
• Support HSE policies and safe laboratory practices.
