Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in titling, lending, or relevant role.
• Knowledge of DMV documentation requirements, laws and regulations for motor vehicle titles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of vehicle titles.
• Handle processing of title/lien perfection and repossession titles.
• Coordinate between Collateral Management, Custodian Bank and SFS/FIFS.
• Maintain quality control of title status reporting.
• Communicate status updates with team and stakeholders.
• Assist with DMV inquiries and maintain confidentiality of customer data.
• Train new employees and support peers in the dept.
• Handle escalated title issues and ensure compliance.
