Job summary

EY is seeking a testing-focused IT professional to design, build and deploy advanced testing solutions for financial services clients. You will lead test strategy development, define operating models, and guide major programs through testing lifecycle improvements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive UAT coordination, and mentor teams to innovate in automation and data-driven testing while aligning with EY's broader consulting goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments.
• Technical competency across test strategy, test automation, agile test management and UAT coordination.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive test strategy and operating models for large, complex projects.
• Coordinate UAT and work with stakeholders to ensure quality across delivery teams.
• Lead testing centers of excellence and IT transformation programs within financial services projects.
• Provide advisory support to engagement teams and clients on testing approaches.
