- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Programmer Analyst or Programmer or related.
- Special requirement: 5 years as Software Engineer or related.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality processes across the software development cycle.
- Work on multiple projects with project-specific instructions.
- Create and implement testing strategy, conditions, and scripts.
- Lead QA estimation exercises and participate in release planning and scheduling.
- Mentor and coach project teams to ensure timeliness and quality.
- Identify risks when QA processes are not followed and manage test environments.
