You will collaborate with Scrum teams to refine stories, implement test frameworks, and drive end-to-end quality. Strong analytical skills and experience with Jira are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in manual and automated testing across projects.

• Hands-on experience with Agile tools, including Jira, for test planning and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, comprehensive test cases aligned to functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
• Lead test planning at the team level, defining in-scope and out-of-scope items.
• Partner with Scrum teams to refine stories and ensure clear acceptance criteria.
• Implement and maintain the team's test framework and regression suites.
• Lead test case reviews with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure coverage.
• Identify automation opportunities and develop automated tests for applicable test types.
• Prepare, condition, and generate test data with data compliance in mind.
• Execute manual and automated tests, record results, and report defects with context.

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Consultant II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual and automated testing, test planning, test data management, and Agile tools and a proven ability to deliver high-quality software that meets functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test cases aligned to functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
• Lead test planning at the team level, ensuring in-scope and out-of-scope items are defined.
• Partner with Scrum teams to refine stories and ensure clear acceptance criteria.
• Implement and maintain the team's test framework and regression suites.
• Lead test case reviews with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure coverage.
• Identify automation opportunities and develop automated tests for applicable test types.
• Prepare, condition, and generate test data while ensuring data compliance across environments.
• Execute manual and automated tests, record results, and report defects with supporting context.
• Participate in triage of issues and assist with resolution or escalation.
• Create and manage end-to-end traceability from requirements through tests and results.
• Use testing tools and processes to complete testing in assigned environments and support promotion activities.
• Maintain and catalog smoke, integration, and regression test suites.
• Support program and project management activities as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in test design, execution, and defect management across manual and automated testing.
• Experience implementing test frameworks and maintaining regression suites.
• Hands-on expertise with Agile tools, including Jira, for test planning and tracking.
• Knowledge of data compliance practices and test data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to traceability and coverage.
• Effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• SWIFT domain knowledge.
