Qualifications

• 5+ years of manual and automated QA testing experience.
• Strong experience in functional, regression, UAT, usability, and accessibility testing.
• Accessibility certification (CPACC, WAS, or equivalent) required.
• In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508 standards.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, database validation, API testing, test planning, and automation.
• Defect management expertise.
• Government accessibility compliance experience; public-sector or grant management systems preferred.
