Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience leading test/QA teams.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one test automation tool such as Tosca, Cucumber or Selenium.
• Experience in Agile development teams.
• Experience with CI/CD environments and automated release pipelines.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA or HP ALM).
• Experience with version control (Bitbucket).
• Strong test planning, execution, defect management and reporting.
• Experience coordinating UAT and E2E testing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience mentoring junior testers and communicating testing status to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across development cycles.
• Develop test plans and determine testing requirements for each release.
• Write and execute test scripts through manual and automated testing.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Tosca, Cucumber or Selenium.
• Track defects and coordinate with development teams to ensure issues are resolved.
• Coordinate testing across interconnected teams, applications, and systems.
• Plan and coordinate UAT and E2E testing.
• Maintain test documentation, evidence, and reporting throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure testing activities align with change-management and compliance requirements.
• Provide testing status, risks, issues, and results to leadership.
• Mentor junior QA/test team members.
