Job summary

EY’s Service Delivery Center in the US is seeking a Senior Analyst to design, build, deploy and customize advanced testing frameworks and automation solutions. The role emphasizes Java-based tooling, modern web tech (Angular/React), and data-driven testing approaches to accelerate software delivery for financial services clients.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and roughly 3 years of hands-on experience with Java, testing, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and approximately 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of Java and OOP concepts, including standard libraries such as linked hash maps and serialization
• Experience with test automation using tools such as Junit, Selenium, RESTAssured
• Experience with at least 3 of these concepts: complex test automation frameworks, data analytics, AI/NLP, and CI/CD implementations
• Working knowledge in web technologies such as Angular, React, HTML/CSS
• Ability to mentor and coach teams to foster an innovative, inclusive environment
• Experience with automation tools and building automation frameworks from scratch
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide testing subject matter expertise and resolve complex issues for clients
• Build and customize complex automation tools and frameworks
• Plan, design and implement tools to solve problems using Java-based frameworks
• Develop client relationships and support sales efforts
• Lead and mentor others technically and professionally
• Contribute to the development of technical solutions across the delivery center
• Deliver high-quality, well-reviewed artefacts with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with engagement teams to ensure software products meet standards
