Job summary

Upgrade Resources is seeking a QA/QC Superintendent for on-site work in the DFW Metroplex. The role leads field quality planning, testing, turnover, and continuous improvement across commercial mechanical projects, reporting to QA/QC leadership.

Key responsibilities include developing ITPs, coordinating inspections, managing deficiency logs, and driving issue resolution with field teams. Requires 8+ years in mechanical construction and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years in commercial mechanical construction or QA/QC leadership.
• Experience with inspections, defect tracking, and turnover processes.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and controls.
• Ability to travel between sites and support after-hours testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project quality plans and ITPs.
• Lead QA/QC coordinators and coordinate with field teams.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, and commissioning plans.
• Report quality performance and elevate risks to leadership.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
