Job summary

Harder Mechanical Contractors is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee QC on-site in Phoenix, AZ, ensuring adherence to company standards and local/state regulations. You will supervise inspectors, train staff, and coordinate with project management and clients on quality expectations.

The role requires extensive 3D piping experience, Autodesk software proficiency, and strong leadership to maintain safety and project timelines on long-term projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with strong 3D piping knowledge.
• 2-5 years of management experience.
• AWS CWI or LEV II certification with high-purity experience.
• Experience with structural and piping scopes, and process piping detailing.
• Experience with high-tech tool install process piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise quality control inspectors, field team, and work to ensure all quality standards are met.
• Oversee operations and procedures to ensure no deviations from quality requirements.
• Track quality control statistics and complete necessary documentation.
• Inspect field work and perform tests and quality control assessments on-site with the QC team.
• Train Quality Control staff, lead meetings, and coordinate with client and Project Management team.
• Understand the client and Harder Mechanical Contractors quality requirements and local/state regulations.
