Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering or construction management with over 8 years of relevant experience, focusing on concrete and mechanical quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline or trades background.
• 8+ years of experience in quality control and/or construction, including supervisory/leadership experience.
• Significant experience with concrete and process mechanical/piping quality control.
• Strong ability to interpret plans/specifications and visualize 2D drawings in 3D.
• Proven ability to monitor project progress and ensure timely inspections.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan and maintain all related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry codes.
• Liaise with client QA/QC reps, third-party testing agencies, and trade contractor quality personnel.
• Plan, conduct, and oversee internal audits for adherence to the quality plan/manual.
