Job summary

Fairweather in Alaska is looking for a QA/QC Lead/Manager V to drive quality programs for engineered equipment, fabrication, and site operations. You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of QC processes to protect asset integrity.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain and HSE QA, audit vendors, and oversee contractor quality surveillance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of experience in QA/QC leadership roles.
• Experience overseeing multiple functional areas through senior staff.
• Ability to develop, implement and maintain quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and develops, implements and maintains quality control processes for engineered equipment and materials.
• Tracks and trends quality defects and non-conformances and prioritizes corrective actions.
• Leads RCFA analyses and coordinates with Supply Chain and HSE QA for issue resolution.
• Plans and participates in QC program audits of vendors and contractors.
• Reviews and reports on quality performance and improvement opportunities.
