Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on a campus data center project north of Sparks, NV. You will own the owner-side QA/QC program, verify conformance with design docs, specs, and standards, and report independently to the Quality Control Director.

You'll partner with the site construction team and Commissioning Manager, drive NCR resolution, and mentor field staff to uphold rigorous quality across CSA, MEP, and power scopes on a fast-paced, mission-critical build.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent QA/QC experience.
• 10+ years of construction QA/QC on large-scale, fast-tracked projects with site leadership.
• Proficiency with QA/QC processes, turnover docs, and commissioning interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the campus quality plan, ITPs, and standards per the Quality Control Director.
• Oversee owner-side inspections, witness points, and material verification for conformance.
• Audit contractor QA/QC programs and ensure credible documentation and tests.
• Identify nonconformances and drive root-cause corrective actions to closure.
