Job summary

Metric DCX seeks a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance, quality control, and commissioning across major data center and mission-critical construction projects. You will collaborate with project leadership, electricians, inspectors, and owners to ensure quality standards meet client requirements.

You will streamline processes, analyze data, and drive improvements across sites while managing staff, coordinating with stakeholders, and presenting progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience with an Associate Degree.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong ability to establish relationships with customers, GCs, owners, and office personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA, QC, and Commissioning scopes across multiple sites.
• Streamline QA/CX processes across projects.
• Engineer and track sites using a live project schedule.
• Lead weekly and monthly team meetings.
• Provide reports to senior management on quality activities and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and client specifications.
