Job summary

Hargrove seeks a seasoned QA/QC leader to supervise and direct the QA/QC team on EPC projects. You will train teammates on QA/QC regulations and codes, establish a safety-first environment, and coordinate planning with company leadership to ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in Quality Management, hands-on QMS and QA/QC for EPC projects, and familiarity with Hargrove's management system.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Quality Management System and EPC Project Quality Assurance Management.
Ability to plan and direct all QA for EPC projects and perform QA/QC activities.
Knowledge of ISO 9000 concepts and lead auditor training is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and provide technical direction to the QA/QC team.
Train teammates on QA/QC regulations and codes and standards.
Establish a safe work environment and communicate safety commitments.
Plan and organize the team's work and communicate plans to leadership.
Mentor personnel and assess performance.
Maintain control of QA/QC efforts to meet performance, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Promote Lessons Learned processes and ensure project-wide deployment.
