Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking a senior QA/QC leader to supervise the QA/QC Team and provide technical direction on EPC projects. The role focuses on coordinating lessons learned, process improvements, and quality training to ensure compliance with standards.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in Quality Management for EPC projects, hands-on QA/QC experience, and a strong grasp of the Hargrove Management System.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Quality Management System experience and EPC QA management.
• Hands-on QA/QC activities for EPC projects.
• Understanding of Hargrove Management System and related EPC requirements.
• Training on basic quality concepts: QMS, work-process development, auditing, NCRs, CAPAs, and lessons learned.
• Auditing, reviewing and reporting project performance against lessons learned.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the QA/QC Team and provide technical direction.
• Coordinate lessons learned, process improvements, and Quality training.
• Plan, organize and communicate QA/QC plans to team and leadership.
• Mentor personnel and assess performance; drive supplier quality and surveillance.
• Ensure execution systems maintain budget, schedule, and quality standards.
