Qualifications

• Experience reading construction drawings, specifications, and electrical schematics.
• OSHA 10 certification is required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Familiarity with ITP processes and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily field inspections across civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical construction activities.
• Verify installed work complies with drawings, specs, codes, and manufacturer requirements.
• Identify, document, and track nonconformances; issue field observation reports and punch-list items.
