Job summary

Western Partitions, Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to perform QA/QC inspections on finished goods and report on quality metrics.

You will collaborate with the QA/QC Program Manager and manufacturing teams to ensure products meet drawings, specs, and customer requirements before shipment. This role emphasizes detailed inspections, accurate record-keeping, and proactive communication of defects and trends for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in QA/QC inspection or manufacturing quality roles.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in quality reporting tools and MS Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed QA/QC inspections on finished goods to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inspection records for multi-site projects and generate quality reports.
• Track non-conformance issues in the QMS and communicate trends to teams.
• Collect and analyze quality data; prepare weekly/monthly KPI reports.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, vendor QA/QC reports, and customer requirements before shipment.
• Serve as final checkpoint for quality before products are released to site.
