Job summary

IntelliPro Group is seeking an OQC Quality Inspector to support quality control for finished products at our client’s Mesquite, Texas operations. You will perform outgoing quality inspections, assist shipment control, verify corrective actions, and partner with production and quality teams to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes hands-on quality inspection experience in manufacturing, use of measurement tools like micrometers and calipers, and a proactive approach to quality improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in quality inspection, quality control, or related field preferred.
• Experience with outgoing quality control (OQC) or shipment quality inspection is an asset.
• Ability to read and follow inspection specifications and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sampling inspections of finished products to ensure quality meets standards.
• Manage shipment control system and track effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Ensure inspection equipment and measurement instruments meet specifications and are maintained.
• Verify corrective actions related to customer complaints and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to address quality issues and implement actions.
• Develop and deliver annual quality training sessions for the module/production area.
