Job summary

Hoffman Specialty Contracting is seeking a Quality Field Engineer to support on-site QC across a complex data center project in Childress, TX. You will verify contract compliance, assist with inspections, and ensure safety and design intent are maintained.

The role requires coordinating with site leadership, engineers, and subcontractors to manage field activities and resolve coordination issues in real time. Proficiency in Prolog/Procore/BIM360 is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ construction and/or building design experience.
• Experience inspecting, coordinating, or supervising framing, drywall, and ceiling scopes preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all field construction QC activities.
• Support project quality personnel and field teams in inspections and documentation.
• Participate in QA/QC programs and TIPs.
• Monitor design documents for constructability errors.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and audits.
• Coordinate with project leadership and subcontractors.
