Job summary

SAVI EHS in Monrovia, Indiana, is seeking a motivated QA/QC Manager to support a large-scale data center project. You will help implement project quality processes, coordinate inspections, and maintain quality documentation to ensure compliance with specs, codes, and owner requirements.

This role offers an opportunity for early to mid-career construction professionals to grow in QA/QC while collaborating with project management, commissioning, and field teams on a high-profile site.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction or QA/QC.
• Preference: experience with commercial roofing.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent construction experience).
• Basic understanding of drawings, specifications, and QC processes.
• Familiarity with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with QA/QC plan implementation on site.
• Perform and document field quality inspections.
• Support subcontractors in meeting quality requirements.
• Track inspections, NCRs, and quality records.
• Assist with commissioning, testing, and turnover documentation.
• Promote a Right First Time quality culture on the project.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, engineers, commissioning teams, and trade partners.
