Job summary

MilliporeSigma in Madison, Wisconsin seeks a Quality Assurance Operations representative to strengthen quality culture within manufacturing. You will support data integrity, conduct batch reviews, and assist with document control and audits.

The role requires 3+ years in QA with GMP experience and offers hourly pay between $25 and $39, plus benefits. Shift is 12pm-10:30pm, Monday-Thursday, with potential for bonuses and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or Associate’s with GMP/QA experience.
• 3+ years of quality assurance experience.
• 3+ years of GMP experience (for the Associate pathway).

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation for production execution including batch records and related logs.
• Review batch records in a timely manner to meet release dates and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare certificates of analysis and batch release documentation for final release.
• Product release reviews of batch documentation and data integrity checks.
• Conduct self-inspection for the Madison/Verona site.
