Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of related work experience, including 0-2 years of people management experience.
• Proven experience in quality assurance, hardware/software testing, preferably in networking or data center industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Software Quality Assurance team to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Develop and implement rigorous testing frameworks to ensure platform performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, and budgets for QA activities and customer escalations.
