Onsite in Fort Collins, this role emphasizes automation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 7-10 years in QA with 3+ years in management, plus experience with test automation, CI/CD, and QA tools.

Formación

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, IT or related field.
• 7-10 years of job-related experience and 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience in software QA, test harnesses and QA tools, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of QA professionals designing and implementing QA and test processes.
• Define QA processes, methodologies, and best practices for consistent testing.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with company goals.
• Improve QA efficiency, automation, and overall testing performance.
• Perform functional and solution testing of video/collaboration software.
• Code and automate test scripts, integration activities, and automation.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Automate testing processes using appropriate tools to improve repeatability.
• Monitor coding standards and design guidelines adherence.
• Monitor performance and conduct load/stress testing to identify bottlenecks.
• Prepare QA documentation and testing reports; communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with vendors/partners to ensure quality of third-party components.
• Provide coaching and career development for team members.
