Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor delivering strategic IT services for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment.

The role focuses on QA and QC of IT systems, verification and validation, software testing, and metrics. Ideal candidates will lead QA plans, formal/informal reviews, and sustain quality across the lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Experience in QA and QC of IT Systems.
• Experience in verification, validation, software testing, integration, and software metrics.
• Capable of establishing and maintaining software quality processes across the lifecycle.
• Develop software quality assurance plans and conduct reviews.
• Apply QM principles to diverse IT projects and environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement software quality assurance plans.
• Conduct formal and informal reviews throughout the development lifecycle.
• Oversee QA activities in assurance of secure, scalable software delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams and government customers to sustain quality.
