Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Regional Manager to lead QA across multiple manufacturing sites in the food industry.

This senior role focuses on food safety, quality systems, regulatory compliance, CAPA, audits, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and the development of QA teams. The position requires strong FDA, HACCP, and SQF knowledge, a track record of mentoring QA teams, and the ability to partner with Production, R&D, Engineering, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive quality leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, HACCP, and SQF.
• Experience with CAPA, audits, and root cause analysis.
• Proven ability to lead QA teams across multiple sites.
• Willingness to travel frequently between sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA activities across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Lead and mentor QA teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Drive food safety, regulatory compliance, and sanitation programs.
• Lead audits and CAPA processes and coordinate with production and R&D.
