Job summary

CES Consulting, LLC seeks a Quality Assurance Manager for a long-term bridge project in the Eastern Shore/Wallops Island area. You will lead the QA team, enforce design and construction QA standards, and coordinate with Owner leadership on budgeting and cost control.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in QA management on transportation projects, a PE license, and a civil engineering/architecture background. A strong leadership and analytical mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as QA Manager on transportation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce QA standards, policies, and procedures for design and construction.
• Supervise QA team to ensure on-site work meets contract requirements and standards.
• Assist owner leadership with annual budgeting and cost estimates.
• Coordinate training and provide standardized policies and templates across CPFMD personnel.
