Job summary

CES Consulting, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our Engineering practice for a long-term Bridge project in Wallops Island. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead the QA team and drive quality from design through construction, ensuring compliance with policies and CPFMD processes.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, budgeting, and collaboration with Owner leadership to ensure program success and cost-efficiency on a major transportation project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License required.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce design and construction QA standards, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise the QA Team to ensure compliance with contract requirements and codes.
• Coordinate training and provide standardized support to personnel; manage budgets and costs.
