Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science degree required with five to seven years related experience and/or training.

• Experience in overseeing QA labs and production processes within food manufacturing.

• Oversee and secure all aspects of food safety and quality from raw materials to shipment.
• Lead QA staff and plant teams to ensure compliance with HACCP, SOPs, SSOPs and cGMPs.
• Develop, train and sustain Good Laboratory Practices; ensure accurate test results across labs.
• Coach and develop QA personnel and support Operations in safety, quality and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Technology, Marketing, Sales and customers to ensure products meet design expectations.
