Job summary

Pacific Coast Producers, Inc. in Oroville, CA is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead our food safety and quality programs at the production facility.

You will ensure compliance with GFSI standards, audits, and crisis management while coordinating across departments to improve processes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in QA within food manufacturing, HACCP certification, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field required.
• HACCP certification required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years QA experience in food manufacturing, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, GFSI standards, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage quality control systems to meet standards and production goals.
• Supervise and mentor QA staff and provide training as needed.
• Coordinate the Food Safety Program including HACCP and regulatory compliance.
• Review quality Documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze data to produce distribution, sales, and production reports.
• Communicate with customers on QA matters and respond to feedback.
• Lead continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
