Job summary

Aderant Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance for a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA. You will design and evolve a QA operating model, drive shift-left practices, and own the automation strategy to accelerate releases while reducing risk.

You will lead a small QA team, collaborate with Engineering and Product, and develop dashboards with real-time quality health metrics for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Quality Assurance / Software Testing, including 2+ years in people-management or team-lead capacity.
• Strong technical understanding of how modern SaaS organizations design, build, and ship software.
• Hands-on knowledge of shift-left quality practices and how to operationalize them at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and evolve a QA Operating Model across engineering.
• Drive shift-left adoption and embed quality ownership earlier in development.
• Own automation strategy, prioritizing coverage to reduce risk and increase release velocity.
• Conduct internal process audits to identify gaps and risks across teams.
