Job summary

Floor & Decor in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance professional to lead automated testing across multiple projects and platforms. You will develop and maintain automation frameworks (Robot Framework, Playwright) and mentor teammates, ensuring alignment with QA standards and product requirements.

The role requires 4–7 years in QA, strong automation scripting in Java, Python or similar, and proficiency with Selenium/JMeter/Jenkins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (relevant experience can substitute for education)
• 4–7 years software quality assurance experience
• 3+ years software quality assurance automation experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects in development and testing
• Create and maintain automated test scripts with limited supervision
• Assess application architecture to plan automation strategy
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and management of automation frameworks (Robot Framework, Playwright)
• Mentor QA team members on tools and processes
• Drive planning and coordination of multiple QA projects
• Investigate and recommend automated testing approaches for new/updated products
• Communicate complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Review automated test results to ensure coverage of requirements
