Netsmart Technologies, Inc. is seeking a QA Leader to provide technical leadership, direction, and strategic oversight of quality assurance across the engineering organization.

You will lead a team responsible for reliability, performance, and accuracy of complex healthcare applications, cloud frameworks, and workflows nationwide. The role requires onsite work in Overland Park, KS, with potential after-hours support for critical releases.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in testing, test automation, or software development.
• 2+ years leading technical QA or engineering staff.
• 3+ years managing large, complex projects.
• Experience with Agile development and full SDLC testing practices.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks, QA tooling, and CI/CD integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in fastpaced environments and handle afterhours needs when required.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Must be onsite fulltime in Overland Park, KS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to QA engineers.
• Maximize team capability and resource utilization to deliver high-quality releases.
• Drive automation, performance testing, cloud QA, and modern engineering practices.
• Foster a culture of curiosity, ownership, quality craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
• Own and execute a comprehensive QA strategy across product lines: automation, manual, performance, regression, and integration testing.
• Maintain QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, strategy documents, runbooks, and release readiness checklists.
• Embed shift-left testing and QA earlier in the SDLC.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across the organization.
