Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance Shop Floor (QASF) Day Shift to lead front line managers and their teams at the Devens Cell Therapy Facility. You will drive quality oversight for shop-floor activities, including manufacturing, release testing, and packaging of autologous drug product, while coaching and developing a high-performing day-shift group.

Qualifications

• Lead on-site quality operations teams on a rotating 2-3-2 Panama schedule.
• Experience with change control, deviations, CAPA and related records.
• Experience in aseptic/sterile environments preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor day-shift managers and teams to ensure high performance.
• Uphold and improve quality standards via cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and implement training to enhance technical acumen.
• Solve complex quality issues using analytical thinking and drive improvements.
• Act as QA SME during audits and inspections.
• Provide timely QA on-the-floor support for deviations and CAPA.
• Coach operators and Field QA staff on manufacturing floor.
