Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a QC Specialist to support in-process, final product, and stability testing. You will review data, verify methods, and troubleshoot issues within a regulated quality environment.

The role includes method transfer/validation, training teammates, and handling CAPA/deviation tasks. Shifts run Sunday through Wednesday, 1:30pm–11:30pm, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant analytical testing or QC experience
• Demonstrated cell and molecular biology techniques (cell-based assays, flow cytometry, qPCR, ELISA)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science, Netherlands: HLO in (bioanalytical) science required

Responsibilities

• Perform method transfer/validation and routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples.
• Train and mentor others on QC test methods, processes and procedures.
• Review GMP documentation and perform data verification and data review.
• Handle deviations/investigations/CAPA and continuous improvement tasks.
• Coordinate document revisions and support project activities.
