Job summary

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong skills in test strategy and execution, and collaboration with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of QA experience in banking/financial services preferred.
• Ability to design test strategies and maintain traceability across requirements and defects.
• Experience supporting audit, risk, and regulatory requirements with testing artifacts.
• Strong communication, written and verbal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and test cases for initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end testing efforts in Trade Finance initiatives.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defect resolutions using approved defect tools.
• Analyze requirements, processes, APIs, and data mappings to ensure test coverage.
• Mentor junior QA associates and provide testing leadership across multiple projects.
