Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a senior QA professional to act as a key contributor in Global Credit Operations testing. You will lead end-to-end QA efforts for Trade Finance initiatives, develop test strategies, and ensure comprehensive coverage from requirements to defects.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and IT teams, mentor junior QA staff, and participate in Agile ceremonies to drive quality and process improvements in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end testing efforts in QA projects.
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans.
• Proven defect tracking, documentation and resolution across multiple projects.
• Strong analytical skills to map requirements to test cases and data flows.
• Experience validating releases, production verification testing, and post-implementation monitoring.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
• Mentor junior QA staff and lead testing teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing efforts for QA projects within Trade Finance initiatives.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defect resolutions.
• Analyze requirements, processes, APIs, and data mappings for test coverage.
• Support release validation and post-implementation monitoring.
• Maintain traceability from requirements to tests/defects; enforce best practices.
• Mentor junior QA associates and lead testing across concurrent projects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous process improvements.
