Qualifications

• Five years with statistical methods and quality standards; QA/process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop risk-based QA strategies, test plans, and test suites for large-scale health IT systems.
• Lead functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing across multi-tier environments.
• Establish defect tracking and root cause analysis; drive rapid, sustainable resolutions with engineering.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and state stakeholders to define UAT criteria and test scenarios.
• Define, track, and report quality metrics to leadership; optimize release processes.
• Ensure compliance with state security standards, federal funding rules, and data governance.
