Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Eight years of information systems quality assurance experience.
Five years using statistical methods and quality standards.
Working QA/process knowledge and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Establishing capable QA processes and monitoring critical processes for feedback and improvement.
Providing strategic QA plans in targeted areas of the organization.
Developing QA methodologies aligned with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Educating teams on QA metrics and lifecycle processes.
