Qualifications

• 6+ years in QA, BA, or test management in healthcare payer.
• Hands-on knowledge of Facets and payer processes.
• Experience leading test planning, execution, defect management, reporting, and quality governance.
• Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, data validation, test automation tools, and the application of Gen AI in testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning, management, and governance across healthcare payer initiatives.
• Analyze requirements and translate into test strategies, scenarios, and validation criteria.
• Validate Facets functionality, payer workflows, integrations, and data accuracy.
