Job summary

AppLab Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior QA Engineer with deep Medicaid payer knowledge and Facets expertise to independently validate state-specific regulatory implementations across Facets, Mainframe, Java, DataStage, Talend, and related applications.

You will design test scenarios, execute end-to-end testing, perform data validation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of enrollment, eligibility, benefits, claims, and payments.

Qualifications

• Required strong testing knowledge of TriZetto Facets.
• Experience across Mainframe and Java-based applications.
• Experience validating DataStage and Talend/TalendWorks processes.
• SQL and database testing skills.
• Strong Medicaid managed-care knowledge.
• Experience with state-specific Medicaid requirements.
• Medicare and Medicaid health-plan knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Medicaid regulatory requirements and develop test scenarios for each state.
• Validate end-to-end changes across Mainframe, Java applications, ETL tools, and APIs.
• Perform SQL-based data validation and reconciliation.
• Conduct functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, negative, and boundary testing.
• Identify gaps between requirements, implementation, and system behavior.
• Conduct defect analysis and support root-cause investigation.
• Provide independent quality assessments of regulatory solutions.
