Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Senior QA Analyst – Facets & Healthcare Payer to lead QA, BA, and governance for payer solutions. You will translate requirements into test strategies, drive data validation, and enhance testing with automation and Gen AI capabilities.

Based onsite in Mason, Ohio, you will collaborate across business and tech teams to strengthen test coverage and ensure data accuracy in healthcare payer workflows.

Competenze

• 6+ years of QA/BA/test management experience in healthcare payer domain.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Facets and related payer processes.
• Experience leading test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.

Mansioni

• Lead test planning, test management, and governance across healthcare payer initiatives.
• Translate requirements into test strategies, scenarios, and validation criteria.
• Validate Facets functionality, payer workflows, integrations, and data quality.
• Use SQL and data-validation to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
