Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA and testing in enterprise software.
• 2+ years in QA lead or senior QA with leadership.
• Strong API testing, SQL and database validation.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Test leadership and governance of programs, releases, and production readiness.
• Develop test strategy, scope, criteria, estimates, schedules, and plans.
• Assign and supervise testing, review artifacts, mentor testers, enforce QA standards.
• Coordinate with BAs, Developers, POs, PMs, DevOps, DBAs, and stakeholders.
• Lead defect triage, ensure traceability, and report to management.
