Qualifications

• Senior‑level QA leadership on large enterprise modernization programs.
• Hands‑on experience creating QA strategy, test plans, data, and defect processes.
• Proven cross‑functional leadership across business, IT, vendor, SaaS, and legacy teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall QA strategy, test planning, readiness, execution tracking, defect management, and QA reporting.
• Create and maintain detailed test plans, schedules, scenarios, cases, entry/exit criteria, and data plans.
• Lead QA execution across multiple cross‑functional teams including SaaS, infrastructure, security, and legacy systems.
• Stay hands‑on with testing details: coverage, progress, defects, data readiness, dependencies, risks.
• Drive QA checkpoints and document blockers, decisions, and next steps.
• Identify QA risks early with impact, options, and management actions needed.
• Lead defect triage and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Ensure traceability from requirements to test outcomes and release readiness.
• Prepare detailed QA status reports with metrics, accomplishments, risks, and decisions.
• Support release readiness and post‑test lessons learned.
