Job summary

Gentex Corporation is seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Lead Engineer to establish and mature QA practices for embedded firmware, mobile apps, and PC software. You will define testing strategies, lead a QA team, and work with software, systems, and program management to deliver high-quality products meeting customer requirements and regulatory standards.

Location is Gentex Manchester, NH.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field required.
• 5+ years of software QA/testing with embedded systems exposure.
• 2+ years in QA leadership or technical supervision preferred.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD integration preferred.
• Security clearance desired or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the software QA function with defined processes and standards.
• Develop and execute test strategies for embedded firmware, mobile apps, and PC software.
• Design and maintain automated test frameworks and infrastructure.
• Lead requirements review to ensure testability and quality.
• Mentor QA team members and scale the QA organization.
