Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, technical, or business disciplines.
• 10 years of QA lead experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or production settings.
• At least 5 years directly related to production facilities.
• Experience maintaining inspection records and ensuring corrective actions.
• DoD Secret security clearance is required or possessable.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and overseeing the quality control and safety program to ensure full compliance across all fabrication, machining, and prototyping efforts.
• Analyzing complex quality requirements, leading investigations of deficiencies, and maintaining all master Quality Control files.
