Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA automation efforts and drive quality strategy across projects.
• Define, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
• Design and develop automation frameworks from scratch.
• Mentor and guide QA engineers on automation best practices.
• Perform web, API, and end-to-end automation testing.
• Implement and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Cypress, Karate, and JMeter.
• Integrate automation into Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Scrum teams to identify risks and improve quality.
• Drive defect management, root cause analysis, and quality improvements.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and release activities.

Preferred:

• Cloud-native and distributed systems experience.
