You will lead a team of QA analysts, define and govern the QA strategy, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. Collaboration with product owners, developers, and architects will be essential to align requirements with comprehensive test coverage.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of QA analysts, ensuring effective task allocation and delivery tracking.
Establish QA governance, standards, and quality benchmarks across projects.
Own the test strategy for manual testing, including scope, approach, tools, and timelines.
Oversee execution of functional, regression, integration, and system testing activities.
Act as the primary point of contact for all QA-related activities for business and IT stakeholders.
Work closely with product owners, developers, and architects to ensure quality alignment with requirements.
Perform internal and external quality assurance checks for deliverables.
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives in QA practices.
Mentor and guide junior QA team members, enhancing their testing skills and domain knowledge.
