Qualifications

• 8+ years in QA; at least 3-5 years in automation-heavy role; 2+ years in a lead role
• Strong automation background with programming fundamentals; design and architect automation frameworks
• Ability to read/write/review code (TypeScript, Python, etc.)
• Extensive web automation experience with Playwright & Selenium
• Automated mobile testing experience with native stacks (iOS/Android)
• CI/CD, API, and integration testing experience; SQL validation of data
• Experience transitioning QA processes from vendor-led to internal teams
• Familiarity with AI testing tools and AI-assisted testing practices

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, test planning, execution, and traceability
• Define web and mobile automation strategy and framework architecture
• Build scalable automation frameworks and CI/CD integration
• Migrate Selenium tests to Playwright; validate conversions
• Mentor QA Analysts/Automation Engineers on the team
• Contribute to automated and manual testing; debug failures
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with developers, BAs, PMs, vendors
• Oversee day-to-day QA operations and reporting
