Job summary

Mad Mobile seeks a Senior Manager, Quality Engineering to lead the QA team across its SaaS platform in Tampa, FL. You will shape quality strategies, drive testing efficiency, and implement AI-driven QA practices to ensure outstanding customer experiences for retail and restaurant partners.

You will mentor QA engineers, define metrics, and collaborate with development, product, and support teams to deliver reliable, innovative software solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in quality assurance with at least 2 years in a managerial role in SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies applied to QA processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA team to deliver high-quality software products.
• Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA seamlessly.
• Utilize AI to enhance QA, including automated testing and anomaly detection.
